Where The Goods Ship From?

We ship internationally from Hong Kong,China to over 100 countries around the world including the United States, Canada,Australia,New Zealand, United Kingdom,France,Germany,Spain etc.

Shipping Methods We Offer

Option 1. Super Saver Freeshipping & Super Savings (7-15 Working days)

We provide super saver freeshipping for orders under $65 with the package within 1KG. If the order is under $65, but the package is over 1KG. You need to pay for a little shipping fee.

Note: Orders from specific countries don't have Super Saver Shipping, that is because the airmail method cannot working in a stable way for these countries, like: Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Mexico ect.

Option 2. Standard Shipping(3-10 Working days)

If you require faster delivery, you can choose our Standard Shipping option for any order.

Option 3. Expedited Shipping(2-7 Working days)

If you require rush order, you can choose our Expedited Shipping option for any order.


Note: Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number by Email from us. If you don't receive it by any chance, please contact us at: service@vancaro.com.


Tracking Your Order

After we send out your order, an automatic shippment email with the tracking number will be sent to the email address which you have used to place your order. In this email just get the tracking URL of the shipping courtier and tracking number, then you will see the latest update of your parcel

So please ensure you have given the right email address of yours so that you can receive the automatic shippment email from us, if you have not received the email in 3 days, you can just send us a email to service@vancaro.com asking for the shippment information.

At the same time, you can also login your account to get the tracking number if you have not received the shippment email. Just Following the steps below:


  • 1. Click "Log in" on the right top corner of any webpage, and you will be taken to "My Account" dashboard page.
  • 2. Click "My Orders" on the left Menu, it will show you your recent orders.
  • 3. Click "View Order", you will be taken to the order detail page.
  • 4. Then click "Shipments" on the upper corner of the order detail page.
  • 5. You will see the tracking number on the bottom.


Order Status:

  • Processing: we have received the payment and the order has been sent to our fulfillment centers.
  • Complete: complete means we have sent the dress but not means the customer has received the dress.
