1.Free Ring Resizing for Gold Items

We provide free size modification if the difference is within 1 size and you will need to pay the shipping and insurance of the return and new package. If the difference exceeds 1 size, we will get back to you with a quote for the specific weight change of the material.

Please Note: The free ring resizing of non-gold items is not available. You can take reference from our ring size guide to get the suitable size. Please double-check the size before the purchase.

Free resizing is not available if any of the following situations is met:

(1) The resizing request that’s not approved by the Customer Service Team.
(2) Some special designs. For example, eternity rings are not included as a part of our free ring resizing.
(3) Uninsured orders.

Please Note: Gold Certification within the package should be returned with the product, otherwise, an extra $150 will be charged.

2.One-year Free Manufacturing Warranty

VANCARO offers One-year Free Manufacturing Warranty against manufacturing defects on all VANCARO gold jewelry and three-month on all sterling silver jewelry. All repair requests are subject to inspection by our Customer Service Team before the request is processed. Should our Customer Service Team determines that the damage has not been caused by a manufacturing defect, we will inform you about it and let you know if any repair services by VANCARO are available at cost or otherwise.

Terms and Conditions for One-year Free Manufacturing Warranty:

(1) The warranty is eligible for only manufacturer defects and does not cover deformations and damages caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized service or normal wear and tear.
(2) The warranty is null and void in any case where the product has been remade in any way including engraving, resizing or repair by a third party such as another jeweler or person other than VANCARO.
(3) If any part of jewelry (including but not limited to stones, chains, clips...etc.) falls off, it should be returned along with the product. VANCARO does not take responsibility for missing parts or stones.
(4) Lifetime warranty is non-transferable to a third party.
(5) VANCARO does not take responsibility for missing or damaged products in the process of returning. Because the product is of great value, please insure the package to avoid any loss for you.

Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects:

  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
  • Scratches, dents or chipping caused by general wear or misuse.
  • Bent, caught or worn out prongs allowing a stone to fall out, stolen or be lost due to negligence or other damage.( Please feel free to contact us to buy the stones)
  • Items that have been abused or worn out of expectations for normal wear.

Please note that the following issues are the characters of the item and cannot be considered as defects:

  • Slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship.
  • Natural characteristics of the metal or gemstones (such as oxidizing,color fading..etc.)
  • Craft characteristic of the electroplating,such as coat fading.

3.Lifetime Maintenance

All VANCARO gold products are provided with lifetime maintenance. VANCARO stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry, that’s why we could offer the lifetime maintenance service for you. The cost of maintenance depends on the condition of the product.
